Nose: Notes of oak, oatmeal, sherry with some liquorice and fennel, with clove spice.\n\nPalate: Oatmeal on the tongue, slightly peated, with some caramel and hay with floral notes. Some sherry. Benefits from the higher abv.\n\nFinish: A short warm finish, again the abv helps.
